Transforming Pain into Purpose
As the founder of She Found Peace, Onesa Anozie created a platform that equips NICU and medical mothers with tools for resilience and healing. What began as her own personal journey has grown into a book and a trusted resource hub that families and practitioners now turn to for guidance.
Grounded in both her professional training and lived experience, this work continues to anchor and inspire everything she does today.

Meet Onesa Anozie
A social worker, transformational speaker, and advocate with more than a decade of experience supporting families and youth. She’s the founder of She Found Peace, a platform dedicated to equipping NICU and medical mothers with tools for emotional resilience through her book, trainings, and workshops.
A lifelong runner and two-time marathon finisher, Onesa shares how the marathon mindset—endurance, discipline, and perseverance—can be applied to overcoming life’s hardest challenges. She inspires women to pursue health and holistic living, using running as both a metaphor and a practice for building resilience.
Blending her professional training as a social worker with her lived experience and entrepreneurial leadership, Onesa brings a unique voice to every stage, empowering audiences to rise with grace, grit, and purpose.

Endurance as a Path to Strength and Transformation
Onesa has been running since she was a little girl, carrying that love for the sport through high school, college, and into her adult life. When her son faced long-term medical challenges, she turned to running as a way to cope, lacing up for her very first marathon.
What began as an outlet for pain and stress transformed her deeply, teaching her that she is stronger than she ever realized. Each mile has become a teacher, showing her lessons of endurance, resilience, and hope—lessons she now shares to inspire others walking through their own hard seasons.
